Consumer Legal Rights – Online Clothing Purchases

✅ Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to change your mind and cancel your purchase.
You don’t need to give a reason—just notify us in writing (email is fine).
Once cancelled, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Please note: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging (where applicable). For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items—such as underwear—if the packaging has been opened.

💸 Refunds
If you cancel within the 14-day period, we’ll refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.

🚚 Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

🧵 Faulty or Incorrect Items
You're protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which means:

• You can return faulty or misdescribed items for a full refund within 30 days.

• After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

📦 Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for another size or colour (subject to availability).
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
