RG Seafoods is a family run business. We supply a full range of fantastic local seafood, ranging from white fish such as haddock and pollack to other species like mackerel, lemon sole and plaice from Plymouth’s fantastic fleet. We buy our fish daily at auction in a variety of sizes to cater for all customers and fish can be prepped, vac packed or left whole depending on customer preference.
