‘We are a fresh fish wholesaler based on the fish quay. We purchase a large range of fresh fish species from the auction five days a week, we then pack and prepare these to our customers specification. We deliver six days per week to fishmongers, restaurants, pubs and hotels, always using our fleet of temperature-controlled vans.
We have also developed a couples and family fish box which we deliver to homes, these fresh packs only contain fish purchased from the Plymouth auction house and are filleted and packaged ready for the customers to eat or freeze. Fish is also sold to the public from our fish unit on the quay.’
