Seafood Plymouth Discovery Tour 2025 — Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Seafood Plymouth Discovery Tour runs from 3rd to 18th October 2025. It is a promotional initiative encouraging the public to explore seafood offerings across participating Plymouth venues. The tour is coordinated by the Plymouth Fishing & Seafood Association (PFSA) and associated partners.
2. Participation
The tour is open to all members of the public.
No purchase is necessary to collect stamps, but individual venues may require a minimum purchase to validate a stamp.
Each individual may complete multiple-stamp cards to claim rewards.
3. Offers and Discounts
All offers, discounts, and rewards listed on the stamp card or promotional materials are provided directly by the individual participating businesses.

Plymouth Fishing & Seafood Association (PFSA) does not guarantee the availability, quality, or delivery of any discount, menu item, or promotional offer from participating venues.
Offers may be subject to change, availability, or withdrawal at the discretion of the venue without notice.
Any queries or complaints about food, service, or specific discounts must be directed to the venue offering the service, not PFSA.
4. Ownership and Independence
Each business taking part in the Seafood Plymouth Discovery Tour is independently owned and operated.
Plymouth Fishing & Seafood Association (PFSA) acts solely as the coordinator and promoter of the tour and does not operate any of the listed venues.
Participation in the tour does not constitute a legal partnership or joint venture between PFSA and the venues.
Each venue is responsible for its own compliance with food safety, licensing, trading standards, and promotional laws.
5. Tour Card and Stamping
Stamp cards must be original and presented in physical form. Photocopies or digital versions are not accepted for prize redemption.
Each participating restaurant reserves the right to reject any cards suspected of being altered or fraudulently completed.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
Plymouth Fishing & Seafood Association (PFSA) is not liable for:
- Any disputes between customers and venues
- Food-related allergies or intolerances
- Changes to venue opening hours or operations
- Venues withdrawing or amending offers
Participation is at the individual’s own risk. Participants are advised to check allergen information and terms at each venue.
7. Data and Privacy
Any data submitted for prize redemption (e.g., email, photo of completed card) will be handled in accordance with PFSA’s privacy policy, and the privacy policies of the various restaurant tour partners will not be shared with third parties.
